We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Each KAINOS piece is handmade and unique. Our rustic farmhouse style embraces blemishes and distressing. The varying textures, colors, grains, wear and tear, imperfections, blemishes, distressing, and other marks are what give each pieces it's individual charm. For that reason we will only accept returns and issue refunds in the event of obvious and substantial manufacturer's defects.

If you feel your product had a manufacturer's defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Personalized items may NOT be returned or refunded.

We will not refund any delivery charges that you paid on your original order. We will only refund the price you paid for the applicable product and any taxes directly assessed on that product, as shown on your original sales receipt. We will not issue a refund on any taxes directly assessed to you on these delivery charges. We reserve our right to require you to first return the product to us at your expense before we issue you a refund. 

We cannot issue refunds on products that have been personalized, or that were otherwise designated by us as nonreturnable, discontinued or seasonal.
